Booking Terms
Holiday stays at Kiama Ridge Waters are booked with MadeComfy, and its terms and conditions apply to every booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel at least two days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment fee. If you cancel after that, up to arrival, you get 50% back, less a 10% service fee.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Self check-in, with access details sent three days before arrival.
House rules
Every stay follows the Kiama Ridge Waters house rules, including no parties and no loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Breaking the house rules can incur a $500 fine.
