Whichever apartment you book, you get three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, an iron, a laundry with washer and dryer, a dining table for six and secure garage parking for two cars. The only choice is the floor:
- First Floor 3-Bed Unit by the Ocean and 3-Bed Apartment with Study Nook are on the first floor. 3-Bed Apartment with Study Nook is the one apartment that doesn't take pets, if you'd rather a pet-free stay.
- Ground Floor 3-Bed Home in Kiama's Heart, 3-Bed Kiama Unit with Courtyard and 3-Bed with Alfresco Dining are on the ground floor, with a garden outlook and no stairs to carry your bags up.
Travelling solo? You get a whole apartment, so a spare bedroom can become a quiet office. A crew of three gets a bedroom each. A larger team can book several apartments for your team on the same site, up to five apartments and 30 guests.

Book a meeting room in town
Kiama Ridge Waters is accommodation only, so formal sessions happen in town. Kiama has rooms for a quick catch-up of four through to a full conference, all a short drive from the apartments.
For a small team meeting or a client video call, the Kiama Library study room seats up to eight; ask the library for current hire rates. For a workshop, the library auditorium fits about 40 at tables or up to 90 theatre-style, with a projector, and hires from $21 an hour for half the room by day. For a larger event, The Pavilion Kiama sits on the headland above Surf Beach with meeting rooms, a projector, PA and catering.

Settle in for a longer project
A few weeks on a project is easier when the basics run themselves. Here's how a work stay works:
- Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. It's self check-in, with details sent three days before you arrive, so a late arrival after a day on site is no problem.
- The listings allow long stays. With a washer, dryer, iron and dishwasher in every apartment, you can keep work clothes ready without a laundromat run.
- Cancel up to two days before check-in for a full refund, less a 3% payment fee. After that, 50% is refunded, less a 10% service fee.
- It's a residential building with permanent residents: no smoking, and no loud noise between 10pm and 8am. Read the house rules before you go.

Switch off after work
Kiama makes it easy to leave work behind at five. Easts Beach is a 15-minute walk (1.3 km) for an early swim or a walk before your first meeting, and Kendalls Beach is a 16-minute walk (1.4 km).
