Ground Floor 3-Bed Home in Kiama's Heart, 3-Bed Kiama Unit with Courtyard and 3-Bed with Alfresco Dining are on the ground floor, and First Floor 3-Bed Unit by the Ocean and 3-Bed Apartment with Study Nook are on the first floor. Exact positions depend on which apartments are free for your dates. **Can we book everything in one go?** Yes. Send one enquiry for the whole group and the reservations team will send one quote. You can also book each apartment yourself online. **Can we hold a party or event in the apartment?** No. Kiama Ridge Waters is accommodation only, and parties and events aren't allowed in the apartments or common areas. Groups staying for a wedding or celebration are welcome, as long as the celebration happens elsewhere. **Is there parking?** Yes. Every apartment has secure garage parking for two cars. ## Compare separate apartments with one big house A single holiday house puts everyone under one roof, with one kitchen to share. Every one has its own kitchen with an oven and gas cooktop, a laundry with a washer and dryer, a large alfresco balcony with outdoor dining and a BBQ, and secure parking for two cars. Splitting the cost is simple too. Each household can pay for its own apartment, rather than one person covering a whole house. With six guests sharing an apartment from $200 a night, that's about $33 each a night. If you're a group of 10 who need five bedrooms, two apartments give you six bedrooms, four bathrooms and four car spaces, with room for up to 12. ## Give each household its own apartment All five apartments share the same layout and features: three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a full kitchen, a laundry and garage parking for two cars. Send this list round before you travel: - Up to six guests per apartment, and no extra people in the apartment without prior approval. - No loud noise between 10pm and 8am. - No parties or antisocial behaviour. Loud music or noise in the apartment or common areas can lead to complaints to the building manager, council rangers or police. - Any breach of the house rules can lead to a $500 fine, plus the cost of any damage. - No smoking at any time. - No skateboards or scooters in the buildings or car park. - Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Check-in details arrive three days before you do. - Luggage can't be dropped off before check-in or left after check-out. Arriving in several cars? Don't let unknown vehicles follow you into the garage. If plans change, you get a full refund up to two days before check-in, less a 3% payment fee. After that, it's 50% back, less a 10% service fee. Walk the coast: [Easts Beach, a 15-minute walk away](https://ridgewaterskiama.com.au/explore-kiama/beaches/easts-beach-kiama/), sits on the Mid section of the Kiama Coast Walk. That section runs 6 km from [the Kiama Blowhole](https://ridgewaterskiama.com.au/explore-kiama/landmarks-and-walks/kiama-blowhole/) to Loves Bay and takes about 1.5 hours. The whole walk is about 20 km. Keen walkers can carry on along the South section from Loves Bay to [Gerringong](https://ridgewaterskiama.com.au/explore-kiama/towns/gerringong/), another 6 km and about 2 hours, and the rest can meet them there by car. After heavy rain, Werri Lagoon near Gerringong can be open to the ocean, so check with the Kiama Visitor Information Centre on 1300 654 262 first.
