Like every apartment here, it has a large alfresco balcony with outdoor dining and a BBQ for warm nights. Do the prep in the open-plan kitchen, which has an oven, gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and wine glasses. Inside, the dining table seats six. A few house rules apply outside as well as in: - No smoking at any time, including outdoors. - Keep it quiet between 10pm and 8am. Neighbours live close by. - No parties. A breach of the house rules can lead to a $500 fine. - Before you leave, take the rubbish out to the right bins and switch off every appliance. Visiting in summer?
